We have successfully transitioned from a local unit to a respected firm delivering about 1500 tons of product annually by garnering business from across the globe, while earning clients' trust along the way.

Supply Chain Strategy

One of the common denominators for spices producers from developing countries is the fact that about 90% of spices and herbs are cultivated by smallholder farmers. Many spices reaching the international markets are sourced from thousands of farmers who grow, harvest and dry spices on small plots of land.

For any spices export company a strong supply chain strategy is imperative and should be in line with their business strategy. We have strong footprint at the source with focus on prevention of contaminants to ensure acceptable levels from a food safety and legislative standpoint. Over the years we have implemented better practices to limit the occurrence of contaminants which cannot be removed by reconditioning that is carried out throughout the supply chain (i.e. removal of foreign and extraneous matter, improvement of the microbiological status or improvement of the quality: mycotoxins, heavy metals, pesticide, residues, allergens, undeclared colours, whether from the environment or added, processing aids).
